What is Kinesiology?
Kinesiology is a form of talk therapy with deeper access through the body and subconscious mind.
Kinesiology is energy medicine, I work with the body’s own energy systems, meridians & nervous system, but is grounded in anatomy and physiology.
Kinesiology, while seemingly complex, is a straightforward holistic health practice that combines Western medicine with Traditional Chinese Medicine principles, centered on balancing the body's "chi" or life energy flow to enhance physical, mental, and emotional well-being naturally.

Meet Josie Holt
I’m a kinesiologist and holistic therapist supporting people of all ages to feel more balanced, steady and at ease in their bodies. My work focuses on helping the body restore equilibrium when stress, emotional, physical, mental or energetic, begins to impact wellbeing, behaviour or daily life.
Using a gentle, nervous system–informed approach, I support clients through periods of overwhelm, ongoing stress, physical discomfort and personal change, while also working with those seeking deeper self-awareness, confidence and alignment. Each session is tailored, collaborative and guided by the understanding that the body holds valuable information and an innate capacity to adapt, settle and heal.
